P & E Law’s Andrew Williams was honoured to be asked to give an online presentation to the members of the Planning Institute of Australia.
Andrew spoke on the difference between a primary use versus an ancillary use, honing in on two judgements from the P & E Court as examples of how the court treats each use.
Planning principles with examples of judgements were provided. A series of issues to consider such as the area, the purpose of the area, the relationship between those different purposes physically and operationally and more were provided, also with instances of judgements from the courts. The feedback received from attendees was that the webinar was useful, relevant and informative.
